Gi Group are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our client based in Armthorpe, Doncaster on a permanent basis.
If you love delivering exceptional customer service and thrive when working in a fast paced environment then this may be the perfect role for you! Previous experience in a similar role would be adventurous however is not essential as full training will be provided.
AVAILABLE SHIFT PATTERNS:
4 on 4 off: 12pm-10pm / 1pm-11pm
4 on 4 off: 5pm-11pm
RATE OF PAY:
£9.73 per hour, plus an additional £1 per hour for working weekends.
Performance bonus of up to 6% per year.
DUTIES:
- Answering inbound calls and online queries.
- Speaking to customers in a polite, courteous manner.
- Providing great customer service by listening to customers and helping to resolve their queries.
- Work on various computer systems, logging calls and liaising with other teams across the company as and when required.
- Work to achieve set KPI targets.
- Engaging with customers and colleagues with professionalism at all times.
There are no sales targets within this post; you will purely be measured on the service you provide to customers.
