Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be partnering and recruiting for a national dealership located in Halesowen who are recruiting for a Parts Advisor.
The role will be working the following:
Wk 1 Monday to Friday 7.30am - 17.00pm
Wk 2 Monday to Friday 7.30am - 17.30pm Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm
Please note that these hours are non-negotiable, so please only apply if you can work these hours.
Duties and tasks will include:
- To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners
- Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning
- Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements
- To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods
- To become a Brilliant Team member within the Parts Department
Candiates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:
- Experience working with Commercial Vehicle parts - Ford would be an advantage
- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Display a high level of customer service
- IT Literacy
- Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible
