Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for an SME in the Tipton area who are seeking a Breakdown Controller to join their successful and busy team. The hours of work will be four days on and four days off (including one in three weekends) and will be a 5pm start and approximatley 2am (please only apply for this role if you are able to do these hours).
Please note this role will be office based and IS NOT a remote or hybrid working role
Duties and tasks will include:
- Planning workloads for drivers and mechanics within a fast paced environment
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to a wide variety of customers
- Assist in decision making and deployment of jobs
- Operate vehicle tracking software
- Updating customers, ensuring we meet our SLA’s
