Location: Birmingham

Shift: Fixed Nights

Pay Rate: £12.91 per hour

Environment: Busy, fast-paced logistics warehouse

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) efficiently.

• Moving stock throughout the warehouse to optimize space and workflow.

• Ensuring all safety protocols are followed in a high-traffic environment.

• Conducting pre-shift vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid License: An accredited FLT Counterbalance or Reach license (ITSAR/RTITB) is essential.
• Proven Experience: You must be comfortable working in a "busy" environment. This isn't a slow-paced site; accuracy and speed are critical.
• Reliability: Night shifts require discipline. We need drivers who show up on time, every time.
• Proactive Attitude: You can work independently and stay productive during the night.
