Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for weekend Production Press Operatives for our client - the UK's leading supplier of aluminium glazing systems and bespoke aluminium extrusions based in Bristol.

Working very much as part of a small team, your role will be to ensure the process runs at the best possible speed and with zero defects. It’s not easy, though the machine does most of the work, keeping things running just right is a skill, and it takes time to learn.  Also working with your colleagues – feeding back information so that the process can be adjusted to get the best possible outcome- means you have to be a team player.  You’ll also be expected to check the material and record the results.

Safety is paramount so you will be expected to not only operate safely, but also identify opportunities to reduce risk.

Working Hours and Salary:-

• Working weekends, 24 hours in total
• Saturday Day Shift 06:30 to 18:30 and Sunday Night Shift 18:30 to 06:30
• £19.82 per hour including shift allowance and attendance bonus (£24,818.85 per annum)
• Overtime may also be available during the week days, which will significantly increase your annual earnings
