Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a prestigious and well know leisure brand in the Edgbaston area are seeking a highly personable and experienced Front Of House Member to start immediately.

The hours will be rotated shifts of either Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm and Weekends 7.30am to 3.30pm/ 2pm to 8.30pm. The role will be five days a week with eight hour shifts. Please note flexibility with hours will be required for this role.

Duties and tasks will include:

• Ensuring that guests and visitors receive a consistently exceptional service
• Maximise the recruitment of visitors by ensuring a welcoming friendly response to new enquiries and delivering tours as necessary
• Ensure all new visitors feel welcomed and integrated into the venue

• Possess a thorough knowledge of the venue’s services and facilities and use every opportunity to talk to visitors to increase their participation and engagement
• Take ownership of customer feedback and commit to finding solutions for visitors
