Night Clerk

Sunday Night 22:00-06:30 then Monday - Thursday 20:00-04:30

Afternoon Clerk

Monday to Friday 12:00-20:30

Tasks below for both as its all Front Desk Transport Clerk Tasks/requirements:

• Debriefing/Briefing drivers
• PC Literate - excel/outlook including in house transport systems etc
• Fluent English written and verbal
• Good communication skills (working with Transport Team/Management/Warehouse Team/Direct contact with Customers 
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexible with start/finish times if operation requires.
• Good understanding and ability to comply with H&S
• Good attention to detail.
• Previous transport office experience desired 

You MUST be flexible with availability. 

DBS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE, WE CAN PROVIDE ONE AND THE COST WILL BE DEDUCTED OUT OF YOUR FIRST WEEK PAY.

5 YEARS WORK HISTORY REFERENCE REQUIRED ALSO
