The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives with various skillsets to support our client based in Luton. Successful candidates will have an important role in ensuring the efficiency of our clients manufacturing operation. Duties will include supporting day-to-day tasks including use of power and hand tools, general cleaning and tidying, basic electrical and plumbing work and final fixes prior to customer collection.

Manufacturing Operative - Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing cabins and trailers
• Power and hand tool operation
• Keeping a clean and tidy workspace
• Keeping health and safety standards to a high level

• £12.71 - £15.00 per hour dependant on skillset and department assigned to

Manufacturing Operative - Working Hours

• 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday with a 30 minute break
