Our client based in Luton are looking for a multi-skilled manufacturing operative to join its growing team. Responsible for ensuring that the product is made to the highest standards, successful candidates will be using a variety of hand & power tools to construct and assemble machinery. Due to the nature of this role, candidates with prior experience in construction, multi-trade or hands on manufacturing will have a higher chance of success. 

Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience in construction, trades of heavy goods manufacturing 
• Good understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and quality management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Manufacturing Operative - Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 

Manufacturing Operative  - Location:

• Luton

Manufacturing Operative - Pay Rate:

• £12.71 - £16.00 per hour dependant on experience & skillset
