We’re recruiting a Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Driver for a reputable transport company based in Holywell, specialising in the delivery of insulation materials to sites across the UK. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity offering strong PAYE rates, paid nights out, and consistent tramping work.

Pay, Allowances & Holiday Pay

• £17.00 per hour PAYE
• £26.20 tax‑free night‑out allowance (per night)

Holiday Pay (PAYE – Accrued Separately)

• Holiday pay is built up in its own pot
• Take paid time off when it suits you
• No rolled‑up holiday pay
• Your hourly rate stays clear and competitive

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday – Tramping role
• Early starts: 05:00 – 06:00
• Regular nights out during the week
• No weekend work required

Key Responsibilities

• Tramping nationwide delivering insulation materials to construction sites
• Driving curtainsider trailers
• Opening and closing curtains and securing loads with straps only
• No handball involved
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Ensuring loads are secured and compliant
• Maintaining safe and professional driving standards
