At Robert Walters, we’ll welcome you into our admin team from day one. You’ll be hands-on, not just watching from the sidelines, and you’ll quickly discover what recruitment and selection are all about.

* Please note: This is an unpaid internship, which must be part of your studies (not on a voluntary basis).

What will your internship look like? Every day will bring something new! Your tasks will include:

• Greeting candidates & clients at the office and being the friendly first point of contact for calls and emails
• Creating and publishing attractive job ads on different online platforms
• Helping prepare weekly and monthly marketing emails
• Managing our database: setting up and updating candidate and client information
• Anonymizing and reformatting CVs
• Keeping track of daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel
• Jumping in on various ad hoc admin tasks to support the teams

Who are we looking for?

• You’re currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s (Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or similar)
• Available for at least 2 months
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and French, both in writing and speaking
• Confident with MS Office and eager to learn new tools
• A people person who loves connecting with others, both in person and on the phone
