About the COO, Family Office Role:
Reporting to the Executive Chairman, you will lead the operations and risk teams to deliver positive returns to the company. You will also work closely with the CFO to increase the performance of the business by driving sustainable and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular performance management reporting for individual asset class with clear performance and risk attribution
- Plan and enforce investments/risk frameworks
- Responsible for mapping of positions, risk modelisations, statistical profiling relative to benchmarks and factors
- Annual review for investment model, peer benchmarking
- Balance sheet and liquidity risk management of the entire group
- Lead the development and execution of investment strategies and processes
To succeed in this COO, Family Office role, you must possess at least 15 years' relevant experience with handling multiple asset classes. With proven track record in the front line and risk management, you should also have a good understanding of the market landscape.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Economics, or related field
- Ability to handle operations and risk functions independently with prior hands-on investment knowledge
- Experience in family office would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills at a senior level, able to influence effectively at all levels
