Salary: USD16 - USD18 per hour

Job Details for Collections Representative:  

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, 1 late shift per week 10am - 7pm, and 1 Saturday/month 8am-12pm
  • Pay Rate: $16-$17/hour based on experience 


Job Responsibilities & Description for Collections Representative: 

  • Collection of TMC 30+ accounts through the automated dialer system
  • Handle customer service issues and process related paperwork
  • Negotiation for payment arrangements on customer accounts 
  • Basic Skip Tracing
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures in addition to compliance of state and federal regulations 
  • Other duties as assigned 


Job Requirements for Collections Representative:

  • Minimum of 1 year of collections experience in a call center environment 
  • Proficient dialer and skip tracing abilities 
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Ability to stay organized, multi-task and communicate effectively 
  • Must be punctual and able to adapt
