Salary: GBP18000 - GBP22000 per annum

We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client's fantastic team in Dorchester.

This is a Fixed Term Contract role working within the financial sector starting in May.

What you will be doing…

  • Answering telephone calls to office
  • Organising post – incoming and outgoing and distributing of documents
  • Meeting & greeting visitors
  • Updating documents as required and typing letters
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery & supplies
  • Scanning and filing
  • Petty cash management
  • Keeping kitchen tidy and stocked with tea, coffee, milk etc
  • Assisting the team with administrative tasks and projects as required
  • Any other administrative tasks as required

To be successful in this role you'll have…

  • At least to GCSE,  including English and Maths (both at least grade B)
  • Office experience  
  • Polite and friendly manner
  • Good attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Experience and ability with Microsoft applications
  • Accurate typing skills
