We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client's fantastic team in Dorchester.
This is a Fixed Term Contract role working within the financial sector starting in May.
What you will be doing…
- Answering telephone calls to office
- Organising post – incoming and outgoing and distributing of documents
- Meeting & greeting visitors
- Updating documents as required and typing letters
- Making travel arrangements
- Monitoring and ordering stationery & supplies
- Scanning and filing
- Petty cash management
- Keeping kitchen tidy and stocked with tea, coffee, milk etc
- Assisting the team with administrative tasks and projects as required
- Any other administrative tasks as required
To be successful in this role you'll have…
- At least to GCSE, including English and Maths (both at least grade B)
- Office experience
- Polite and friendly manner
- Good attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Experience and ability with Microsoft applications
- Accurate typing skills
