About the role

Vinova are working with a leading renewable energy business seeking a Precinct Operations Project Engineer to support the performance and growth of their energy assets. Reporting into the Precinct Manager, you will collaborate with operations, engineering and asset teams while engaging with external stakeholders including contractors, suppliers and utility providers. The role focuses on ensuring efficient plant operations, delivering improvements and maintaining compliance across multiple sites.

Duties

• Support daily plant operation and respond to system faults or outages
• Analyse system data and implement performance improvements
• Deliver projects to optimise plant efficiency and reliability
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and utilities to resolve issues

Skill/experience

• Background in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering or relevant trade qualification
• Experience with energy plant operations or similar industrial environments
• Knowledge of SCADA or BMS systems
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical or thermal systems
• Ability to manage contractors and communicate with stakeholders
