Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy manufacturing business in Wrexham.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence who are looking for long-term, full-time employment. You'll play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.

Key Duties

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.

  • Offload deliveries and store goods correctly.

  • Issue raw materials and packaging to production teams.

  • Support manufacturing operations with the movement of materials.

  • Load and unload vehicles as required.

  • Maintain high housekeeping standards and keep work areas safe, clean, and organised.

  • Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence.

  • Previous experience in an FLT, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.

  • Flexible approach to work.

  • Available for an immediate start.

Hours & Pay

  • Sunday to Thursday.

  • Night Shift: 10pm–6am.

  • £13.05–£13.66 per hour.

  • Overtime paid at £17.76–£27.32 per hour.
