Warehouse Operative – Picking & Packing (Medical Products)

Location: Banbury

Pay Rate:

• AM Shift (06:00 – 14:00) – £14.61 per hour
• Day Shift (10:00-18:00) - £13.59
• Rotational Shift (06:00-14:00, 11:00-19:00 & 14:00-22:00) - £15.63
• PM Shift (14:00-22:00) - £15.97

The Best Connection are recruiting for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a leading logistics company in Banbury. You’ll be working in a clean, modern environment picking and packing medical products ready for nationwide distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing medical products with accuracy and care.
• Preparing orders for dispatch to customers and healthcare providers.
• Following all Health & Safety and hygiene standards.
• Using scanning systems and paperwork to complete orders.
• Supporting general warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse or order picking/packing experience is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when handling medical products.
• Ability to work at a steady pace while meeting deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.

Additional Requirement

• All applicants must complete a drug and alcohol test at induction.
