Warehouse Operative / Machine Operator

Location: Banbury

Pay Rates:

• £13.07 per hour – Double Days (06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00, rotating)
• £15.02 per hour – Nights (22:00–06:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and moving goods.
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in line with company procedures.
• Feed plain cardboard sheets into die-cutting machines, following production schedules.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
• Support stock control by monitoring raw materials and finished products.
• Transfer materials to gluing stations and assist with smooth production flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, complying with Health & Safety standards.
• Accurately complete production and quality records as required.

Skills & Experience

• Previous machine operative experience is essential.
• Warehouse or production background is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Physically fit, comfortable with manual handling.
• Reliable team player with a solid work ethic.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
