Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administration Manager (FMCG) to join their fast-paced team in Jakarta. What you'll do:

As a Sales Administration Manager (FMCG), you will play a pivotal role in managing both trade-related and office-internal administrative tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include everything from encoding PO/SO processing to handling expense reports. You'll also be expected to regularly visit Sales Administration staff in the field, ensuring smooth communication between the company and its sales teams. Compliance is key in this role - you'll liaise with various departments to ensure that all activities adhere strictly to company policies. Additionally, you'll be tasked with controlling and reconciling all claims received from regional distributors.

  • Manage the administrative processing requirements of the Sales Team as it pertains to Trade-related activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely encoding of PO/SO processing, review, and control of Distributor claims.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to office-internal activities such as expense reports, travel liquidation, cash advance, leave notices, relocation etc.
  • Regularly coordinate and conduct field visits to the Sales Administration staff in the Area, Trade and RDs.
  • Liaise with Finance/Acct, CCD and Internal Audit to ensure strict compliance of company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all necessary documents for approval are effected before an activity is executed.
  • Control and reconcile all Claims / Debit Notes received from Regional Distributor(s).
