Contracts Manager Derby up to £55,000 p.a. d.o.e
Experienced Contracts Manager required for well-established shop fitting and construction principal contractor based in Derby working on Retail & Leisure projects nationwide.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will manage several sites from conception to completion for retail / leisure shop-fitting, refurbishments and new developments, Your duties will include:
- co-ordinating and managing the site teams
- responsibility for health & safety, CSCS Cards, SMSTS Certificates etc
- ensuring all risks are identified and mitigated
- liaising with clients throughout build / fit out

The Person
As Contracts Manager you will have previous management experience in the construction industry and specifically in retail or/ and leisure shop-fitting, refurbishments and new developments. You will also need the following:
- HND formal training or equivalent
- excellent organisational skills
- Health & Safety awareness and current certification
- good computer literacy ( Microsoft Project )
- full driving licence
