Project  Manager – Software             Worthing          £45k to £55k p.a. + benefits

Experienced Software Project Manager needed to lead team in dynamic and expanding software development business near Worthing on the South Coast.

The Role

As Project Team Manager you will oversee the project management team to ensure that all projects are on track, and within budget. You will also manage some key client projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • coordination and completion of projects on time and within budget
  • assigning responsibilities / monitoring & summarising progress
  • motivating, coaching & mentoring team / conducting reviews
  • working with delivery teams to ensure continuous improvement to methodologies used
  • maintain project plans, lists, registers, product info. sheets, cost spreadsheets, data templates
  • producing schedules / timelines, meeting changing priorities and minimising delays
  • responsibility for new employee onboarding / working with HR to hire new talent

The Person

As Project Team Manager - Software you will have experience in a similar role, with a solid  understanding of ERP, WMS and Data Integration principles, and managing a team. You will also have:

  • team management experience / leadership skills / excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall / Agile methodologies
  • knowledge of G Suite and Jira
