The Role

As Area Manager in this top performing training company you will be responsible for leading a designated area of work based learning (WBL) provision, delivering agreed business targets in line with Company and Ofsted guidelines. Accountable for regional trainers’ performance your responsibilities will include:

  • leading Trainers and Tutors to deliver a high-quality learner experience / meet targets
  • maintaining / enhancing relationships with existing and new clients
  • leading / developing / managing performance of all direct reports

The Person

As Area Manager you will have proven experience of managing a team within a target driven environment. Comfortable at mid-management level you have strong communication skills and the ability to add value.  With experience in the WBL / education / training / Care sector and of managing a remote team you will also have:

  • experience working in high demand environments, to targets / tight deadlines
  • self-motivation / ability to work autonomously
  • ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve targets
  • high energy and enthusiasm
