Commercial Field Service Engineer - up to £30,000 p.a. d.o.e.+ benefits + overtime (£34k OTE)
Join well-established and successful organisation as Field Service Engineer covering the South Coast – Chichester and Arundel area. Servicing coffee machines for commercial customers.
Do you have engineering experience servicing coffee equipment in commercial premises? Comprehensive training / induction on company specific products will be provided.
The Role
As Field Service Engineer you will be installing, repairing and servicing coffee machines for commercial customers at their premises. Covering the Chichester and Arundel area your responsibilities will include:
- fault finding & diagnosis / repair & maintenance work
- maintaining stock levels
- completing service paperwork / worksheets etc
- maintaining customer relationships
Company van and specialist tools will be provided.

The Person
As Field Service Engineer you will have experience with commercial coffee equipment service. Full training on. company specific products will be provided. You will need:
- ideally Coffee Certificated
- mechanical service experience / problem solving skills
- good customer service skills
- full driving licence
- good organisational skills / flexible approach
- ability to use laptop to organise schedule / file paperwork etc
Company van and specialist tools will be provided. Monday to Friday plus one weekend in 4, and overtime opportunities.
