Job Title: FLT Reach Truck Operative
Location: Sheffield, S9
Pay Rate: £13.23 per hour
Working Hours/Days: alternating days / afters  0600-1400, 1400-2200

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for FLT Reach Truck Operatives on behalf of a leading logistics company based in Sheffield (S9).

The Role

As an FLT Reach Truck Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation. Duties will include:

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading containers, trailers, and delivery vehicles
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse using FLT equipment
• Accurately picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• Carrying out pallet inspections and stock checks
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving regular manual handling.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 6 months' warehouse experience
• A valid RTITB or ITSSAR Reach Truck licence
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck FLT
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• The ability to carry out physically demanding duties
• Valid right to work documentation
