Christmas Overtime Bonus

• 24 November–14 December and 21–23 December: £50 bonus for every overtime shift of 8 hours or more.

• Peak Week: 15–20 December: £100 bonus for every qualifying 12-hour overtime shift. Everyone must commit to at least one 12-hour overtime shift during Peak Week.

• Peak Week overtime must be booked in advance using the OT form.

Bonus scheme subject to eligibility and attendance conditions. One absence results in 50% of the bonus being lost; two absences result in the full bonus being lost.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading containers and vehicles

• Moving materials and goods around the warehouse

• Pre-inspecting pallets before moving stock

• Stacking and organising pallets

• Supporting general warehouse duties

• Heavy manual handling is involved, so physical fitness is essential

Working Hours

Day Shift: 4 on / 4 off – 06:00–18:00

Night Shift: 4 on / 4 off – 18:00–06:00

About You

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting

• Good literacy and numeracy skills

• Valid right-to-work documents

• Reliable and able to commit to the shift pattern

• Able to travel to Harworth/Blyth (S81 8GN)
