Contracts/Deal Desk Administrator
W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $58 - $65 per hour
Location: Remote Role - PST
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end contract workflows, including intake validation, drafting support, redlining coordination, routing for approvals, and final signature execution.
- Manage a high volume of customer contracts, renewals, and amendments with strong accuracy and adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all pricing, terms, and contract structures align with approved guidelines and approval frameworks.
- Track contract status across multiple workflows, proactively following up to remove blockers and ensure timely execution.
- Update ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) with finalized pricing, contract terms, and relevant customer data upon approval to ensure downstream accuracy.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and audit-ready contract and pricing data across systems.
- Provide weekly status updates on the contract pipeline, including progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Support continuous improvement of contract processes, templates, and intake mechanisms.
- Contribute to documentation, standardization, and scalability of repeatable workflows.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Sales and internal stakeholders on contract-related requests, pricing exceptions, and status inquiries.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales Leadership, and Regulatory to drive alignment and timely execution
- Communicate clearly and proactively on contract status, risks, and required actions.
- Deliver a high level of internal customer service through responsiveness, transparency, and solution-oriented support throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Analyze customer usage trends, renewal timelines, and revenue/spend patterns to support contract strategy and decision-making (e.g., rebate, commitment, and tiered volume agreements)
- Provide insights into customer performance, including spend trajectory and potential growth or risk indicators.
- Assist in identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies in customer data and escalate as needed.
- Support account teams with data-driven inputs for renewals, pricing discussions, and contract structuring
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial contract operations or a related role
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented work with strong accuracy and organization
- Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes
- Strong prioritization and time management skills across multiple concurrent workflows
- Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and drive incremental improvements
- Sound judgment and a proactive approach to escalation and problem-solving
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and stakeholder experience
