About the Role:

As an Insurance Adviser in our client's Personal Lines team, you’ll help clients secure the right coverage for their homes, contents, travel, and more. Your expertise will provide them with confidence and peace of mind, knowing they’re well protected.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assess risks for both new and existing clients to ensure their policies provide the right protection.
  • Provide expert advice and tailored recommendations to safeguard their assets.
  • Clearly explain policy coverage and exclusions, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Support clients with policy options, renewals, and competitive quotes.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person consultations.
  • Work closely with the Commercial and Claims teams to provide seamless insurance solutions.
  • Manage an existing portfolio, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Bring:

  • NZFSC Level 5 (General Insurance) qualification.
  • Experience in personal/domestic insurance.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong customer service skills and a talent for building rapport.
  • Proficiency with insurance software and digital tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Experience with eGlobal and Ferret (preferred but not essential).
