Job Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to property enquiries
  • Arrange property viewings, valuations and appointments
  • Contact prospective buyers to obtain feedback following viewings
  • Keep clients updated throughout the property sales process
  • Conduct property viewings where appropriate
  • Support the management of the firm’s social media channels
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the property team
  • Assist with other duties as required

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Confident, professional communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and politely with clients
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise a varied workload and remain calm under pressure
  • Good attention to detail to ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Comfort working independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable using social media and digital platforms to support property marketing activity
  • Strong customer service mindset and a proactive approach to client updates
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Relevant experience in estate agency, property sales, administration, or another customer-facing role is beneficial (but not essential if you can demonstrate the right skills)
  • Competent IT skills, including the ability to use internal systems, spreadsheets, and email effectively
