The Role:
As a mixing operative you will be responsible for the creation of customer specific products through mixing of various components, with the aid of MHE. Responsible for carrying out logistical and any other necessary activities properly, completely, and safely.
Main Tasks and Duties:
- Processing and completing customer orders
- checking the correct labelling
- Stock and pallet manipulation
- Individual component mixing
- checking and affixing labels to goods orders
Additional Tasks:
- reporting anomalies, risks, and accidents
- undertaking action independently to prevent accidents
- assisting colleagues in carrying out their tasks
- continuing to focus attention on opportunities for improvements and cost savings, adhere to clean as you go policy
- Actively working on the development of personal performance

Candidate Requirements:
- Knowledge of the logistical process
- Has administrative understanding
- Systems awareness
- Ability to follow work instructions
- Troubleshoot and problem solve
- Be able to work effectively within a team as well as by yourself
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
