Dunkeswell, near Honiton (EX14) | £15.47 per hour + £23.20 overtime | 4-Day Week | 6am–4pm | Temporary to Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food business in Dunkeswell.

This is a varied, hands-on role, with forklift driving making up around 15% of the working day. There are generally two FLT drivers on duty, so you will be expected to work wherever needed across the operation.

Key Duties

• Operate a Counterbalance FLT when required.

• Build pallets and move stock safely around the site.

• Wash IBCs.

• Complete paperwork and checks accurately.

• Move stock and raw materials in and out of the unit.

• Support the warehouse and production teams with other duties as required.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence – RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent.

• Recent Counterbalance FLT experience.

• Excellent attention to detail, which is essential in a food business.

• Reliable and willing to get involved across the operation.

• Own transport is essential due to the location.
