Responsibilities:

  • Economic Monitoring & Analysis: Conduct research on economic trends, provide market consulting, compliance guidance, and ongoing support for businesses operating in China.
  • High-Value Investment Promotion: Actively identify and facilitate investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Trade & Official Delegation Support: Assist in organizing economic/trade missions and official visits, including:
  • Drafting itineraries and arranging high-level meetings, business roundtables, and seminars.
  • Managing social media promotion, post-event reporting, and follow-up on cooperation intentions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain close communication with Chinese government agencies, chambers of commerce, and business associations to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Meeting & Conference Participation: Attend internal and external meetings/forums; draft briefing notes, speeches, and talking points as required.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports, including weekly updates, quarterly reviews, and ad-hoc analytical reports.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in business analysis, investment promotion, international trade, or government relations, with prior experience working with Chinese government/enterprises preferred.
  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in International Economics, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience in embassies/consulates, international organizations, consulting firms, or multinational corporations is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to independently research China’s economic trends and produce policy/market analysis reports.
  • Project Management: Proven capability to organize high-level meetings, business delegations, and follow-up actions.
