We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team and support a range of clients across North Brisbane. We have a variety of clients with different support needs, care levels and roster requirements, providing opportunities for experienced support workers to find shifts that suit their skills, availability and preferences.

 

Male Participant – aged 47 – Griffin

• Acquired Brain Injury

• Roster: Monday – Wednesday – 8am – 11am and 1pm – 4pm, Thursday and Friday – 8am – 4pm

• Pay rates: $38.75 per hour day rate

• Duties: community access, travel to and from appointments, daily assistance tasks

 

Male Participant – aged 61 – Joyner

• Stroke patient, wheelchair bound

• Roster: Monday – Sunday – 8am – 1pm and 4pm – 7pm

• Pay rates: $39.25 per hour day rate

• Duties: Bowel care including enema’s, personal care, medication assistance, light domestic tasks, rehab exercises and assistance with transfers

 

Female Participant – age 33 – Clayfield

• Spinal Cord Injury

• Roster: Monday – Friday 6.30am – 1pm and 5pm – 9pm

• Pay rates: $40 per hour day rate

• Duties: Catheter care, domestic duties, community access, personal care, assistance with transfers

 

Skills & Experience

  • Australian Driver’s License
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support minimum requirement
  • Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current Yellow Card
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • NDIS Support effective communication module

 

The successful candidate will provide respectful, empathetic, and consistent support tailored to the participant’s individual goals and daily needs.
