Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the health care field specializing in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

We are currently recruiting experienced Disability Support Workers for a number of clients across Brisbane’s northside. Please see a brief overview of the available client opportunities below.

Male Participant – aged 73 – Brighton

• Spinal Cord Injury
• Roster: Wednesday ongoing – 7am -10am and 5pm – 8pm
• Pay rates: $42.50 per hour day rate
• Duties: Bowel, catheter and stoma care, personal care, domestic duties and community access

Male Participant – aged 61 – Joyner

• Stroke patient, wheelchair bound
• Roster: Monday – Sunday – 8am – 1pm and 5pm – 7pm – looking for someone with flexibility across a range of shifts
• Pay rates: $39.25 per hour day rate
• Duties: Bowel care including enema’s, personal care, medication assistance, light domestic tasks, rehab exercises and assistance with transfers

Male Participant – aged 23 – Caboolture

• Spinal Cord Injury
• Roster – Saturday ongoing – 3pm – 8pm
• Pay rates: Day $40, Afternoon $44, Sat $56, Sunday $72
• Duties: Manual handling, bowel care, personal care, transfers and domestic duties

Skills & Experience

• Australian Driver’s License
• Certificate 3 in Individual Support minimum requirement
• Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
• Current Blue Card
• Current Yellow Card
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Support effective communication module
