We're currently recruiting for a Temporary Legal Cashier to join a well-established law firm on an ongoing temporary assignment running until the end of December. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal finance professional looking for a fully remote role with a quick start.

Location: Remote (with 2-3 days in the Liverpool Street office for handover and training)

Pay Rate: £16 per hour

Contract: Temporary until the end of December

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

Working within the Finance team, you'll support the cashiering function and assist with a variety of legal accounting duties, including:

• Processing office account CHAPS & BACS payments
• Processing supplier invoices for approval and payment
• Supporting daily cashiering activities and meeting key deadlines
• Assisting with accounting queries and requests
• Maintaining accurate financial records and systems
• Providing support to the wider finance team as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Legal Cashier or within Legal Accounts is essential
• Strong understanding of legal accounting processes and SRA Accounts Rules
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
