A leading publishing company requires a capable and enthusiastic administrator to assist with client queries for 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with client requests, ensuring that expectations are well managed and work prioritised
- Maintaining strict operating standards, accurate data management, and client confidentiality
- Providing operational and status reports to the Team Leader
- Assisting the team in handling other tasks
- Communicating, coordinating and following up with necessary internally facing teams
- Providing clear information and/or instructions to internal clients and customers regarding their requests and queries
- Addressing all clients professionally at all times, both in email and on the phone
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A team player
- Computer literate with strong ability to pick up new systems
