Client Support Administrator

Client Support Administrator (JH169423) London, England

Salary: GBP10 - GBP11 per hour + holiday pay

 A leading publishing company requires a capable and enthusiastic administrator to assist with client queries for 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities

  1. Dealing with client requests, ensuring that expectations are well managed and work prioritised
  2. Maintaining strict operating standards, accurate data management, and client confidentiality
  3. Providing operational and status reports to the Team Leader
  4. Assisting the team in handling other tasks
  5. Communicating, coordinating and following up with necessary internally facing teams
  6. Providing clear information and/or instructions to internal clients and customers regarding their requests and queries
  7. Addressing all clients professionally at all times, both in email and on the phone

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A team player
  • Computer literate with strong ability to pick up new systems
