You will be working for a global managed service provider who are a market leader in Technology.
You will be a strong Datapower Administrator who can build and configuration to tight timescales and the provision of technical support (including troubleshooting) for systems and processes in various route to live environments and in production.
You will act as a Subject matter expert for IBM Datapower and related technologies Accountabilities:
Installing and maintaining Datapower products and services according to Group standards and policies.
Building of Datapower environments to agreed timescales.
SME for Datapower technologies used within the business
You’ll be a SME for technical support and troubleshooting, including managing PMRs with vendors as appropriate.
Maintaining the Datapower development and test estate.
Working closely with key stakeholders including Engineering Developers, Architects and business representatives, towards agreed project deliverables.
Work to agreed Service Level Agreements Key Capabilities/ Knowledge: IBM Datapower 7.6 & 2018.4.1.2 administration.
IBM DPOD, SSL and SSO (essential)
Knowledge of AIX and Linux operating systems (essential).
Knowledge of IBM Rationale ClearQuest and ClearCase tools (desirable).
ITIL Certification
In depth experience of Datapower diagnostic and performance tools.
Strong diagnostic skillsets and an ability to analyse complex technical data.
Experience of Datapower deployment processes and tools.
In depth knowledge and usage of ANT, Gateway script, XML & XSLT
Experience in delivering complex project-related milestones.
