Due to recent growth a global managed service provider who are a market leader in Technology are currently recruiting for a BI Developer based in Knutsford, Cheshire.
The role:
You will be required to be analytical, have a good eye for detail and logical in your approach to data management.
An ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales is essential.
You must have a practical and pragmatic approach to your work and use your communication skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The current team are all experts in SQLServer and BI Products SSIS, SSRS & SSAS as a minimum but also have additional skills in Databases ( eg Oracle, Terada, Hadoop etc) and full experience in all aspects of Development Lifecycle and perform BA, Technical BA, Developer, Test and Support roles.
You will have:
• Strong development experience of MS Sql Server SSAS, SSRS
• Understanding of ETL procedures
• Good Hadoop, Hive skills
• Significant experience of data analysis and relational databases
• Experience of Credit Risk
• Previous experience of working in development teams with a full understanding of the development lifecycle.
