The Senior BI Specialist is responsible for the development of intuitive and impactful dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights for the business. They guide the design and implementation of user-centric interfaces.

• Identify smart solutions that align with and support business needs.
• Provide comprehensive reports and tailored solutions that meet business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements to extract relevant reports and data.
• Develop digital-friendly solutions to visualize and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all BI solutions and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest BI tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Optimize existing BI solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

• Knowledge of the basics in the field of data analysis and business intelligence
• Knowledge of the basics of operating systems, databases, information security systems, communication networks and other essential components
• Understand the basics of working applications and deal with their environments
• Technical Report Writing
• Ability to script using SQL, Python and different databases, strong experience using PowerBI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of the basics in business requirements as well as linking those requirements with appropriate technical solutions
• Familiarity with programming languages
• Knowledge of the security basics to protect the blades
• Knowledge of the basics of programming and the relationships between tables
• Database Procedures Development (Stored Procedures)
• Development skills using technologies and databases
• Basic scripting language experiences in Perl and KornShell is a plus
• Development skills in Windows/Linux systems is a plus
• Familiarity with different programming languages and platforms in the field of data solution development
• Communicating skills with other Departments to ensure business continuity
• Familiarity with the various modern technologies available in the market as well as possessing important knowledge in the field of quality standards and development standards
