Bayside Solutions is seeking a driven and experienced Scientific Staffing Sales Executive to help grow our Scientific & Clinical division and build lasting client relationships across the clinical, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and related industries.

This role is ideal for a proven staffing sales professional with strong client development experience, established industry relationships, and a passion for delivering high-quality talent solutions to innovative organizations.

The Scientific Staffing Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing client relationships, and partnering closely with recruiting teams to deliver skilled professionals across clinical operations, scientific, regulatory, quality, engineering, and other life sciences functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow client relationships within the clinical, life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and related scientific sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, market research, and relationship-based outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including client outreach, discovery conversations, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and account growth.
  • Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to understand client hiring needs and provide effective staffing solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, talent acquisition leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, workforce demands, and competitive market conditions within scientific and clinical hiring.
  • Represent Bayside Solutions professionally while supporting a high-performance, client-focused sales culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of staffing sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Experience selling staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions within clinical, life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Strong network and proven ability to develop new client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
