We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is a well established Recycling Company, based in the Central Rotherham Area for a Yard Operative (With a valid FLT Licence) on a Permanent basis.
Role: Yard Operative
Role Type: Permanent
Location: Central Rotherham
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours paid per week with a 30 Min unpaid break
Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday – Thursday 06:00 to 13:30 and Friday 06:00 to 13:00
Week 2: Monday – Thursday 13:30 to 21:00 and Friday 13:30 to 20:00
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per year
Duties:
• Loading and unloading products with use of FLT
• Stock Control
• Shrink Wrapping
• Trailer Checks
• Quality checking products as they are loaded and ensure bar code checks are completed and stock is recorded and stored accurately
The ideal candidate MUST posses or be able to demonstrate the following:
• FLT License (Must be valid)
• Experience of using a double handler
• Good Health and Safety Awareness
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience of using a double handler
• A good level of numeracy and literacy
• Excellent time keeping and attendance
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team Player
• Have basic problem solving ability
