Exeter | £15.93 per hour + overtime | 6 am – 2 pm / 2 pm – 10 pm | Monday to Friday | Temporary to Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Wax Operatives to join Howmet Aerospace in Exeter. This role involves working within a skilled team producing high-quality components in a modern manufacturing environment.

Key Duties:

• Work with small, intricate components in a precision-focused environment.
• Use hand tools to carry out detailed manual tasks.
• Follow quality and safety processes to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good manual dexterity for handling small parts.
• Comfortable working with hands for extended periods.
• Good basic English skills.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Previous manufacturing experience beneficial.
