The role
- Identify and overcome risks during product development process
- Fault-finding and problem solving issues with manufacturing processes using APQP
- Implement manufacturing processes for machined components
- Investigate non-conformances using root cause analysis activities
- Liaise with production and suppliers to optimise efficiency and reduce waste
Key Skills
- Experience using APQP and FMEA Methodologies
- Experience in a machine shop / precision engineering environment
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and QMS
- Use of ERP/MRP systems
- Process design, optimisation and improvement
