My client are a well known FMCG manufacturer in the Droitwich area and are looking for an Engineering Team Leader with experience in a similar, fast paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• People management & Development
• Overseeing an engineering team of up to 10 people
• Developing, improving and implementing engineering processes
• PPM Planning and scheduling

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing an engineering team
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to train and develop junior engineers
• NVQ / Apprenticeship trained (Beneficial)
