Our client is a leading global manufacturer, supplying into the building products and construction industries. They are now looking for a Mechanical Fitter, who wants to progress into a reliability maintenance position.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Planned and Reactive maintenance of heavy plant equipment
• Maintaining hydraulics and pneumatics
• Following Health & Safety regulations and processes
• Identifying areas for continuous improvement

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Ability to problem solve and implement corrective actions
• Experience as a mechanical maintenance technician or in a similar positions
• NVQ Level 3 Engineering or higher relevant qualification
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability and willingness to work in a heavy manufacturing environment
