Job Title: MIG Welders
Pay Rate: £9.50 to £10.50 per hour +overtime premiums +performance bonus
Hours: 40 hours / Monday – Friday. 4 day rota. 7am to 6pm.
Location: Mansfield
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP

OVERVIEW:
Our market leading client based in Mansfield are looking for production MIG Welders to weld automotive parts that are to be shipped across the globe.
We are looking for competent MIG Welders with experience on thin to medium gauge, mild and stainless steel jigs. Due to the importance of quality on these products, you will be required to be both fast and accurate, ideally being able to check own work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that’s been trading for many years and has seem substantial growth to where they are now the largest manufacturer of their chosen product in Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a MIG Welder, you will be required to jig and weld stainless and mild steel automotive components as well as make sure speed and quality is of a high expectation. Performance is rewarded and pay is increased on level of achievement.
You will be working alongside multiple other skilled Welders so people with limited experience are encouraged to apply as some development will be given if needed.

4 days per week, weekdays only, 40 hours minimum.
