Are you looking to start your Parks and Gardens Apprenticeship?

We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st year Parks and Gardens Apprentice to work with our client who is a leader in providing gardening services

With work based in the Outer Eastern suburbs, we are looking for a motivated, committed and reliable person who is wanting to start or continue their apprenticeship, gaining practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training and a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens.

This role is a garden maintenance role in commercial and domestic environments. Your duties will include:

• Mowing
• Hedging
• Pruning
• Garden Maintenance
• Small amount of landscaping work
• Physical work and occasional heavy lifting

What are we looking for?

• Genuine interest in horticulture, nature and working outdoors
• An ability to undertake physical work
• Mowing experience (preferred)
• Eye for Detail
• Someone punctual and reliable - A good work ethic!
• Someone enthusiastic and energetic
• A valid white card
• Valid driver’s licence and their own transport (essential)
• Certificate II in Parks & Garden/ Horticulture (highly regarded)
