Key Responsibilities:

 

National Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.

 

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights for decision-making.

 

Negotiations: Lead pricing and contract negotiations with national account partners to maximize profitability.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless customer experiences and product launches.

 

Forecasting: Prepare and manage accurate sales forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.

 

Reporting: Generate detailed sales reports and performance metrics for national account partners and internal stakeholders.

 

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven track record as a National Account Manager in the food industry or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
