About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, screening, and onboarding high-quality healthcare and support professionals across our South Australian and Victorian operations.
Working closely with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure we continue to deliver exceptional staffing solutions while providing a positive recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment activities across healthcare and disability services
- Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conducting candidate screening interviews and reference checks
- Coordinating compliance requirements including police checks, NDIS clearances, qualifications, and onboarding documentation
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Developing strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
- Supporting workforce planning and recruitment projects
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce coordination, or healthcare staffing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- High attention to detail and compliance-focused approach
- Experience using recruitment systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of healthcare, disability, community services, or NDIS sectors highly regarded
