The Bricklaying lecturer will need to have:
- A relevant degree or vocational qualification in bricklaying
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Experience of delivering bricklaying courses at Level 1 to Level 3
- A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
