This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in residents' lives while working within a supportive and community-focused environment.
Working on a hybrid basis, you'll be responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 14 residents, providing tailored housing-related support to help individuals sustain their tenancies and maintain their independence.
What You'll Be Doing:

- Engage with residents to promote safe, secure, and independent living, helping to reduce social isolation.
- Provide guidance on rent accounts, service charges, and financial wellbeing.
- Support residents with benefits applications and signpost to relevant support services.
- Work closely with income recovery teams to help minimise rent arrears.
- Carry out compliance and health & safety checks across the scheme.
- Assist residents with tenancy-related issues, including anti-social behaviour and challenging situations.
- Deliver support in a compassionate, trauma-informed manner that promotes dignity, choice, and independence.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience within housing, support work, social care, tenancy management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice would be advantageous.
Additional Information:
- Hybrid working available.
- An Enhanced DBS check will be required.
- A DBS on the Update Service would be highly beneficial and could help speed up the onboarding process.
- Interviews taking place soon for a start date at the end of September or beginning of October.
If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact while supporting residents to live independently, we'd love to hear from you.
